Off the what? An introduction

Ahhh sugar. So sweet, yet wreaking so much havoc in our bodies because of a tiny molecule called fructose. There's no end to the misdeeds of this little bugger when it comes to health and weight. So, I've taken a stand against fructose and all things fructosian (a word I just coined), and after a brief struggle, I don't eat sugar anymore. Well, except in fruit. But that's another story.

This is a blog about sugar (-lessness), but also about the things I am learning about health and nutrition since taking off the blinkers and looking in all seriousness at what I (and my family) eat. Here's a little tour of some posts which might get you started if you're new here.
