Jemma: I'm a 32 year old non-practicing health researcher who needed a new idea to lose the post-baby kgs. I was inspired by the idea of fructose free/sugar free, and I want to look into this for myself and understand nutrition a deeper way than 'Special K keeps you looking good'. I also want to be a good mummy and help my baby son start his adventures in Foodland on the right note.
